The key to getting the cake look right and getting Peppa looking somewhat like Peppa should is getting the scale and dimensioning correct. To achieve this I put a template together from various Peppa Pig images. I then printed the template to the correct scale. We then traced the various shapes onto baking paper, cut out the baking paper shapes, which we could then use to form pieces of icing ready to place on the cake.
